After almost 20 years in business the vintage clothing thrift shop at 949 Amsterdam Avenue between 106th and 107th Streets leased by Valley Restoration LDC was closed in March 2015 (the background graphic on this website is a photo of the store). The board of directors made this decision reluctantly, but as a small nonprofit we could no longer support the store as it had been losing money for years. We hope its nearly two-decade existence brought joy, and the occasional bargain, to its many visitors.
